Pacifica’s India Fund I is a collaboration with one of the largest global pension funds and is Pacifica Equity Partners first completed institutional partnership. This platform leverages off of Pacifica’s successful establishment of a development platform in India with six offices and over 150 employees. The fund has closed on over 12 transactions of commercial and residential projects, with another five projects in the pipeline. The total fund asset value is expected to be over a billion US dollars.
