Senior Vice President and Managing Partner with over 15 years in the lodging industry, all with Pacifica Host and the multiple brands that they offer.

Mr. Israni is responsible for Pacifica’s lodging portfolio and its operational performance and has been in this capacity since 1992.

For the past seven years, Mr. Israni has also been involved in asset acquisitions and dispositions for Pacifica Host Hotels and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and financial success.

Sushil has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a graduate degree in Marketing and holds several Hotel Management Franchise Certifications.  He is married with two children and has resided in the San Diego area for the past 10 years.
