Deepak Israni has been with Pacifica Companies since 1987 and is currently the Sr. Vice President and Managing Partner. 

Deepak is responsible for acquisitions, disposition, development, financing, asset management of all property types for Pacifica Companies.

Over the last 19 years of his career in the real estate industry, Deepak has been involved in transactions totalling over seven billion dollars.

Deepak emigrated from India to the U.S. in 1987 and is a U.S. citizen.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from LD College in India and his Masters in Computer Science from TTU in Texas.  Deepak has been married for 12 years and has two children.  He lives in the San Diego/Del Mar area with his family.
